Cancellation Policy

Cancel before dispatch

If an order needs to be cancelled, contact Mindsutra immediately before the order is dispatched. Provide the order ID, order amount and product name.

Refund Eligibility

All three conditions must be met

  1. The refund request is made within two weeks of purchase.
  2. The software has not been activated on any computer.
  3. The software could not be technically activated on the intended computer.
Software Refund Conditions

Replacement and damage-reporting timeline

Within 2 Days

Damaged or missing product

A return request for a damaged or missing product must be filed within two days of delivery.

Within 7 Days

Defective or incorrect product

A replacement may be requested within seven days when the delivered product is defective or incorrect.

Within 1 Week

Software refund request

Refund eligibility requires a request within one week and the software must remain unactivated.

How to return a product

Return instructions

Contact mindsutra@gmail.com for return instructions. The buyer is responsible for returning the item at their own expense.

Mention the Order Number and Delivery Address on the package before dispatch and keep the courier receipt for tracking. The replacement or refund process begins after Mindsutra receives and verifies the product against the claim.

Delivery charges may apply to the replacement.

Verification & limitations

Claims are reviewed before approval

Mindsutra reserves the right to cancel a return request when complaints about product quality or content are found to be fraudulent or unjustified.

For a replacement request, contact the support email promptly and retain all order and courier documentation until the claim is completed.
