Cancel before dispatch
If an order needs to be cancelled, contact Mindsutra immediately before the order is dispatched. Provide the order ID, order amount and product name.

A return request for a damaged or missing product must be filed within two days of delivery.
A replacement may be requested within seven days when the delivered product is defective or incorrect.
Refund eligibility requires a request within one week and the software must remain unactivated.

Mention the Order Number and Delivery Address on the package before dispatch and keep the courier receipt for tracking. The replacement or refund process begins after Mindsutra receives and verifies the product against the claim.
Delivery charges may apply to the replacement.
Mindsutra reserves the right to cancel a return request when complaints about product quality or content are found to be fraudulent or unjustified.
For a replacement request, contact the support email promptly and retain all order and courier documentation until the claim is completed.
