How to install the software?
Insert the CD into the CD drive. If it auto-runs, follow the instructions displayed on the screen—normally Next, Yes, Agree and Finish. If it does not auto-run, explore the CD drive, double-click setup.exe, follow the same instructions and contact Mindsutra for registration after successful installation.
How to register?
After installation, provide your name, address, contact number, email ID, Software User ID, Software Protection Number and the shop name from where the software was purchased. Mindsutra will then provide the Software Key Number.
How to install Telugu fonts manually?
First make sure Anu Script Manager 6.0 or 7.0 is not installed; uninstall it if necessary. Reinstall the Mindsutra software, open Control Panel → Fonts and locate AnupamaMedium. If it is not there, copy it from the software’s Font Backup folder into the Fonts folder, open the font once and restart the computer.
Where can I find the installation folder?
If the installation path was not changed, the program is normally located inside the Program Files folder. To find the exact directory, right-click the desktop program icon, choose Properties and click Open File Location or Find Target.
What should I do if the program does not open after double-clicking?
Right-click the software icon on the desktop, choose Properties, open the Compatibility tab, check Run this program as an administrator, then click Apply and OK.
How do I take a backup of data stored in the program?
Go to the installation directory, copy the complete Data folder and paste it to another drive, CD or pen drive. Make sure every file from the Data folder is copied successfully.
How do I restore the data?
Go to the location where the Data folder backup was saved, copy that folder and paste it into the software installation directory. When Windows asks whether to replace the existing files, click Yes.
How to resolve the black screen problem?
If a page appears with a black background after installation, change the Windows colour scheme. The original guidance recommends Default Blue for Windows XP and Windows Classic for Windows 7 through Control Panel.
